  • Homeless or in Transition or;

  • Must have an immediate emergency that threatens your safety or livelihood or;

  • Must be a victim of Domestic Violence, Stalking, Assault or Battery and;

  • Must be a resident of the State of California

The mission of the crisis response program is to advance the continuity of domestic violence prevention activities, hunger, clothing, transportation and medical support services. Programmatic components consist of activities targeted toward adult and youth victims of crime as well as their dependents.

The everyday power struggles between law enforcement entities and underserved hidden transient populations breed clients to be distrustful of programs provided by the government. The ARK of Refuge "leaves no person uncounted" by indirectly re-building that trust through 24 Hour response to  emergencies. Pur continum of Care for crisis response consists of Hotel vouchers,  Courtesy (Gift) Cards, Emergency Transportation, and Clothing Distribution.
