  • Must have an immediate emergency that threatens your safety or livelihood

  • Must be a victim of Domestic Violence, Stalking, Assault or Battery

  • Must be a resident of the County of distribution location.

The everyday power struggles between law enforcement entities and the hidden population of independent teens, otherwise known as TAY, breed youth to be distrustful of programs provided by the government. The ARK of Refuge Leaves No Person Uncounted by indirectly re-building that trust through 24 Hour response to domestic violence crisis. This includes Courtesy (Gift) Cards, Emergency Transportation, Hotel Vouchers and more.

The  mission of the crisis response program is to advance the continuity of domestic violence prevention activities and/or response to COVID-19 supportive services. The Programs components consist of activities targeted toward adult and youth victims of domestic violence as well as their dependents. Every person we take in is provided food, clothing , a gift card and potentially a hotel voucher for up to three (3) days.
