The Ark of Refuges Vison is not to have just one mission. The Ark of Refuge has varying programs therefore it is  only right each program has their own objective. The Street Outreach program is in congruence but not exactly the same as Food Distribution. Just as the Poverty Diversion programs mission is not the same as Emergency Response.
